Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is made up of 5 volunteer members. Members must be residents of the City of Pevely. 

Meetings

Board of Adjustment meets the First Tuesday  of the month at 6:00 p.m. only when an application is submitted and approved.  The any public hearing is advertised in the newspaper at least 15 days prior to the meeting date, as required by state law.  We recommend submitting an application 25 days prior to the meeting date in case of difficulties.
